Reflection: The Beggar and the King "The Beggar and the King" is a wonderful play in one-act by Winthrop Parkhurst, it encourage us the moral attitude for the people who had pride in thereselves and a wonderful thing that can realize the bad attitude that we have and to change it into a good one. In the beginning of the story we discover that the King is a rich, pride, and have a bad attitude towards his servants and the people who's down to his position or power as a King.
