                       On His Blindness

On his blindness is one of the most precious sonnet in our English Literature in Neoclassical Period by John Milton. This sonnet is all about the reputation of John Milton as a writer, because of his illness of eyesight.

Everyone is gifted, because God give us what we need as a person; talent, body, mind , and our five senses. But not everyone has it. They say "Everyone is not perfect", even if we are talented, we are having struggles in life, illness, and especially negative results of having such talent in this world.

Just like John Milton, he became a famous writer and an inspiration for all of us. When he is a kid, he already have the fighting spirit to write and to share his wonderful thoughts in mind, but when he is goin to his adult stage, his eyesight became blur and results of his Blindness. Even if he has an illness of blindness, this wasn't stop him from writing. He write until the end, and write his very own poem, The Paradise lost, and especially the sonnet about his struggle in his illness, On His Blindness.

Just like the other people in real life, people that are not perfect in the outside, but didn't waste their time to enjoy and work hard, because they believe that if you don't enjoy and focus of your imperfections you will not succeed and inspire other people beneath of their illness.

Don't blame God, but we should accept and be thankful, because even if God make us like this, it's okay even if we are not perfect , at least God love us, make us as a person, as a son of God, and as a person that love God.
